KAMAZ expects to increase deliveries of vehicles in Vietnam. If last year the company supplied 700 vehicles to this country in the current year supplies can exceed 1000 units.

Hino Trucks Produces Milestone Truck

WILLIAMSTOWN, WV – Hino Trucks recently held a ceremony to commemorate the production of the 50,000th Hino truck. The ceremony took place at Hino’s plant in Williamstown, West Virginia in front of it local and state officials, assembly team members and Hino executive management.
During Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum GAZ Group and Sberbank signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Investment in the construction of a plant producing Mercedes-Benz cab frames in Tatarstan will be approximately 400 million Euros.
At the Saint Petersburg international economic forum Dagestan authorities signed an agreement with KAMAZ, under which the region will lease vehicles of up to 2.5 billion rubles.
KAMAZ leasing company and the largest Russian cargo carrier, the company «ITECO», signed an agreement on the lease of 100 KAMAZ-5490 tractor units.
KAMAZ-5490 green tractor units will be supplied to the client stage-by-stage from August to November.
According to the Federal Customs Service (FCS) of Russia, import of trucks in January - April 2016 decreased by 26.4% to 5.3 thousand vehicles on 266.6 million dollars. Of them 4.5 thousand trucks on 130.2 million dollars were imported from foreign countries, the remaining 800 trucks on 136.4 million dollars – from CIS countries.
«GAZ Group» will launch sales of Vector Next bus of the new generation produced by Pavlovo bus plant (PAZ) in the end of June – beginning of July 2016. Until the end of the current year it is planned to produce up to 500 buses of the new modification.
Over the first four months of 2016 GAZ Group sold 14664 light commercial vehicles in Russia, which is a 10% increase on the similar period of the last year. According to the Association of European businesses, GAZ share in the Russian market of cars and light commercial vehicles was 3.3% against 2.6% in the previous year.
Pavlovo Bus Plant (included in GAZ Group) launched serial production of a new family of Vector NEXT buses. The bus is based on GAZon NEXT LDT chassis and continues a new line-up of GAZ NEXT vehicles.
