Nissan Manufacturing Rus becomes the general distributor of Nissan in Kazakhstan. The merger of Kazakhstan and Russia into a common region within Nissan Europe will enable Nissan to more efficiently confront the difficult economic situation in both markets, using joint resources and Russian production.

07.12.2015 / Ukraine imposed antidumping duties on import of Russian cars

Ukraine imposed duties on import of cars from Russia by results of its antidumping investigation. Customs duties will be introduced on January 3, 2016 for a term of five years. Size of duties will be 10.41%-17.66% depending on the manufacturer.


04.12.2015 / Sales of cars in Ukraine decreased more than two-fold in January-November 2015

According to Association of car makers of Ukraine «Ukravtoprom», in November 2015 sales of new cars in Ukraine decreased by 24% and made 5144 units. Over eleven months of 2015, 41127 cars were sold in Ukraine, which is by 56% less than in the previous year.
